Falkirk Council is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on the role of Building Operations Coordinator to co-ordinate the day to day running of resources within the Building Maintenance Section.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work with teams to support the Council’s ambitions in delivering service improvements and will regularly liaise with colleagues across a number of council departments.
Requirements
You must have significant experience in management, a professional qualification to degree level or equivalent, in a relevant discipline. You will also have a thorough knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, CDM regulations and basic knowledge of contract finance, estimating and contact management.
In addition, the post holder will have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
You will be motivated and confident with the ability to multi-task whilst working to deadlines and maintaining a close attention to detail. We are looking for integrity, a can-do attitude, and someone with excellent communication skills who can work in partnership with other council colleagues.
A full UK driving licence is also required for this role.
